We ask you to create a triniPULSE.com account so you can keep track of the music you purchase from us.
After you make a payment your downloads are placed in the MY MUSIC page for you to download. You also have the option to save your favorite music to your play list so you would have easy access to them.

| Why do you use PayPal as your payment method? |
We know that people are very cautious when making payments online with their credit card. This is why we decided to go with one of the leading online payment systems in the world to accept our payments. None of your personal or credit information is even given to triniPULSE.com. | I cant remember my triniPULSE.com account password, what should I do? |

If you forget your triniPULSE.com username or password go to the Password Reminder page and enter your email address, an email would be sent to you with your username and password.

| I've added items to My Cart and now they are not there, what happened? |
|
Most likely you were not logged in to your account when you added the items. The system only remembers your cart items if you are logged in when you add them.

| I bought a track and it's status is PENDING, what does that mean? |
|
Very rearly when you pay for your tracks through PayPal, it takes a while for the PayPal system to send us the payment info. This would be the only reason the download status would be pending.
If the status is still pending after 5 minutes of receiving your email receipt from PayPal, please Contact Us so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.

| In my downloads the DOWNLOAD link is gray and I cannot click it, what does that mean? |
|
When you purchase a download it is available for 24hrs and you have up to 3 attempts to download the file. If the DOWNLOAD link
is gray and it's within 24hrs and you haven't downloaded your track as yet, please contact us either through
email or the contact info on the About Us page.

| What format are the mp3s for download? |
|
To find the right balance between quality and file size we decided to encode all mp3s at a bit rate of 192 kilobits-per-sec. This bit rate is more or less the standard across most music download sites. This is our standard bit rate although you may find tracks encoded at a higher bit rate.

| What format are the mp3s samples? |
|
The mp3 samples are encoded at a bit rate of 32 kilobits-per-sec. this is fairly poor quality. If you listen to a sample and like the track, we recommend that you support the artist and buy the download. The download quality is way better than the sample.
